BOW #1025 MIL
MIL-F-14256 Type RA Fluxes
|
Bow #1025-MIL activated
rosin fluxes have been formulated to meet Military Specification
MIL-F-14256 requirements for Type RA (Rosin Activated
Liquid Flux). These fluxes are homogeneous mixtures
of purified grade water-white gum rosin, alcohol solvent,
effective activating agent, and a unique wetting agent.
These fluxes meet the J-STD-004 Joint Industry Standard
Requirements for Soldering Fluxes and are classified
as type "ROH1". |
| Bow #1025-MIL is recommended
for foaming application, however, it can be used for
dipping and spraying. BOW #1000 Thinner is recommended
to replace any solvent loss due to evaporation. |
| The rosin residues can
be removed with a saponifier and water. |

| Bow #1025-MIL fluxes are available
in 1-gallon, 5-gallon and 55-gallon containers. They
can be stored indefinitely, without changing fluxing
characteristics, under normal conditions. Do not store
near fire or sparking environments. |
